Shipping Policy

* Where is my package coming from?
Your package will typically be sent from any of our branches in Benin city. In some situations your package could be sent from any of our partners outside Benin city.
 
* Do you offer payment on delivery?
No we do not accept payment on delivery, complete payment of product and delivery fee has to be made before delivery can be processed and shipped out.
 
* Which location do you ship to in Nigeria?
We deliver to all states within Nigeria, but only to registered cities of the courier company, in cases where your preferred location is not available, we recommend that you choose the nearest location to you for delivery.
Please note that the default delivery option is PICKUP, unless otherwise stated.
 
* Do you offer home delivery within Nigeria?
Yes, we provide home delivery to all location within Benin city (our primary location) and some states in Nigeria, when you provide your address, we will confirm if home delivery to your location can be done by the delivery company, after confirmation the rates will be provided.
Please note that home delivery outside Benin city attracts additional cost.
 
* Do you offer delivery outside Nigeria?
Yes we delivery to locations outside Nigeria, such as UK, USA and many more.
Kindly ensure to inform us that your package is going outside Nigeria before proceeding to order or pay, so that we can confirm; delivery fee, if our delivery partner can deliver to your location and if the items being purchased can be approved for shipping outside Nigeria.
Please note that complete payment of the package and delivery fee for shipping has to be made before shipment can be processed.

* How long does delivery take outside Benin city?
All orders placed and confirmed between Mondays to Saturdays on or before 2pm can be delivered within 36hours.
Kindly note that we do not ship items out on Sundays or holidays or days of movement restriction. (kindly allow additional processing time, if your order is placed on such days)

 
* How long does delivery take outside Benin city?
All orders placed and confirmed between Mondays to Saturdays on or before 2pm are dropped-off with the logistic company within 48hours.

Once an order is dropped off, delivery time to your location is solely dependent on the logistics company, the estimated time frame can be provided.
 
* How is shipping fee calculated?
An estimated fee is gotten based on the delivery location and weight of the package.
Large or heavy items may include an oversized handling fee.
If there are any changes in fee (reduction or increment) the information will be communicated for either a refund or a top up.
 
* What happens if my delivery is cancelled by the logistics company?
 In some very rare instances, packages can be returned to us as undeliverable by the logistic company. When this occurs, we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price less the shipping charges.
